Today we came to share with you a little more about our project: NFTreesBrasil.
NFTreesBrasil is an initiative that was born out of my passion for Brazilian native trees and my desire to share this admiration with the world. I have always been impressed by the richness and diversity of our flora, which is home to unique, beautiful and meaningful species, as well as the importance of these trees to society over time and history.
So I decided to create a collection of digital artworks that pay homage to these extraordinary trees. Each piece is an artistic expression that captures the essence of a native tree, showing its beauty, its history and its importance to our ecosystem and society.
But what are these digital works of art?
These are images created through software and algorithms, which can be viewed on any electronic device. And what makes them special is that they are registered on the blockchain, a technology that guarantees their authenticity, originality and ownership.
This means that each work of digital art is unique and exclusive and can be bought, sold or collected like any other physical work of art, respecting the artists and creators, ensuring authenticity, traceability and reliability in a fully sustainable process. These digital works of art are our friends, the famous NFTs, which means (Non-Fungible Tokens).
NFTreesBrasil is more than an artistic project!
It is also a sustainable and social project. We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact and contributing to nature conservation and climate change mitigation, from the choice of Blockchain and platform for minting artworks, to the impact of the final product on the environment and people’s lives. and artists involved in the project.
For this reason, we are looking for partnerships with organizations with the same environmental concerns and that work in the protection and reforestation of our native forests. The idea is that part of the value collected from the sale of digital works of art is reverted to the artists/creators of the works and a part to these organizations, generating benefits for the environment, for local communities, for artists and for the collector or investor who acquires these works.
In addition, we want to create a network of meaningful connections between the appreciators of our digital works of art. We want them to feel part of a movement that values our culture, our biodiversity and our future.
